Here are Jesus' marching orders to the church before he returns to heaven: "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:18-20)

The aim of our church is to see the good news of God's kingdom extend deeper and deeper in Rotherham and globally. We want each and every member to have the ability and confidence to share "the gospel" about Jesus Christ with the people they encounter in day-to-day life. Periodically, we offer classes in "evangelism" that you can attend. If you are interested in reading a practical book about "evangelism", you can find a book specifically recommended by our pastors on our online bookstall.

We also run Christianity Explored classes from time to time. We encourage you to attend one that's run by one of our pastors so that you can run one yourself out of your own home. If you are interested in doing that, please let one of our pastors know.

We also want to see the gospel spread globally and we support several missionaries outside of the United Kingdom.
